Dr Byrne is a founding partner in the practice. He works full time in the practice and has a particular interest in Paediatrics and Cardiology.

Dr. Patrick McGrath is a vocationally trained GP and founding partner of Scholarstown family practice. He has particular interests in aged related health, paediatrics and psychiatry.
He has ongoing interest in postgraduate education having been a tutor to G.P’s in the Tallaght, Clondalkin and Ballyfermot areas and a G.P. trainer for ten years from 1996-2005.
He was medical superintendant at the Bloomfield Care Centre for seven years 2004-2011.
